What is the risk? What is level of risk? Who might be harmed? What action may be taken? Further action
Protruding tables Low Cast and the crew members Pointing out all of the tables to the cast and crew Moving the filming away from the tables unless completely
Static Shock Low Cast and crew members Informing all cast and crew of the conditions.  Moving to a more secure area
Tripping hazards Low Cast and crew members Ensuring that all cast and crew members are aware of the bags and debris in the way Moving the shoot to a location in which there are no tripping hazards
Excessive Movement Low Cast members Ensuring all cast members are well hydrated before the shoot  Only having certain choreographed movements
